Monitoring DialogFrom the menu button "Monitor", it is possible to view detail status of continuously applied Check. After operator executes continuously applied check(*) in the same way as normal Action-Check, the checks are registered in this dialog one by one. Then computer periodically (about 10 sec) evaluates the registered items in the background. If one of the items is in an alert condition, the "Monitor" button is lit. Alert conditions are also indicated by * arrows in the flowchart. The information of the dialogs is presented in a table. Current/Alert Status indicates the current evaluation status and the alert status.
Elapsed column denotes the elapsed time after the execution of the Check. Don't Care Time is interval during which users won't be notified. While evaluating the tree logic in the background, the computer is respecting the initial value of a node entered by operator up to Don't Care Time. After the time elapses, its value becomes Unknown. Note that while executing the continuously applied Check, the operator can change the Don't Care Time with slide bar and initial value of manual check. Besides he can override value of automatic check if necessary. How does a user get hints whether or not he should execute the continuously applied Check again? The rule is simple. The item which passes over the Don't Care Time and have its Current status in either Unknown or Alert Status should be addressed by the users. Of course ImPRO indicates the violated check in the column Attention. If the user selects the item by double clicking, a temporal track is initiated at the Action/Check and a clean flowchart is redrawn without any traces. Therefore, the user feels like that he sits around a clean food table rather than being detracted from dirty food residues. After performing the following action/check in the temporal track, the user can return to the main track with button "RETURN".
