According to principle of project management, the most difficult tasks should be handled first. And if this is successful, the rest of tasks can be carried out sequentially. Especially the past development experience on CBP have demonstrated usefulness of this principle. The most difficult task would be development of procedure execution model.

Now evaluation version of ImPRO has been developed complying with procedure execution model. Even if ImPRO has not editing capability, it is probably not difficult to judge whether ImPRO can be utilised or not in your fields.

There are continuous or scheduled activities to improve ImPRO in following functionality.

1. Development of ImPROe(ImPRO Editor) to facilitate procedure edition and database configuration. Presently procedures files are written in text editor.
2. Development of device symbol editor within ImPROe to edit plant specific device symbold.
